Please note that in some cases, depending on the specifics of the project, a personal meeting and the signing of a confidentiality agreement may be required.
What is the legal status of our relationship and what confidentiality guarantees do you offer?
A contract is established between the project initiator and our company, ensuring the required level of confidentiality. In cases where complete confidentiality is a priority, we offer non-public (private) investment attraction methods, including working with investors whose candidacies are pre-approved by the client.
How are your services paid for?
The cost of our services consists of two parts:
  1. Investment attraction services: The cost of this service package is determined individually.
  2. Success fee: A pre-agreed percentage of the amount of investment raised or a fixed sum, payable upon successful attraction of investment, net of initial costs associated with organizing the process. By agreement with the client, additional compensation payments are possible, such as covering the travel expenses of our specialists or outsourcing services.
Is it possible to pay for your services only after successful investment attraction?
Preliminary preparation is a necessary condition for starting work on successful investment attraction and includes, at a minimum:
  1. Creating an investment proposal: This is based on an initial express assessment that justifies the project's value to a potential investor.
  2. Developing a customized marketing campaign: This involves using both public and private methods.
We believe that this preparation and associated costs confirm the seriousness of the project initiator's intentions, allowing us to work with truly relevant proposals for real investors.
What are the criteria for projects selected for your portfolio?
We focus on investment projects starting from 1 million US dollars and work with project initiators who can confirm their legitimacy and readiness to attract investment. Each investment application is pre-evaluated for its attractiveness based on criteria that consider its industry sector and current market conditions.
What is the timeframe for attracting investment to my project?
The process of attracting investment is more complex than selling individual assets. Each project is unique. Attracting investment for a large factory is generally more challenging than for retail businesses. Attracting investment for a project with a single founder is usually easier than for a company with multiple partners. The average timeframe for concluding a turnkey transaction is 9-12 months.
Are there any guarantees that the investment will be attracted?
The key factors for successful investment attraction are the characteristics of the project itself, such as a well-grounded valuation, streamlined business processes, profitability, growth prospects, and the absence of hidden encumbrances, pledges, and liabilities. Also important is the actual readiness to attract investment (order in legal and financial documentation, a clear scheme for attracting investment that both parties understand), and the ability of the project initiator to interest and retain a potential investor during the negotiation stage. Consequently, it is not possible to guarantee the success of the transaction.
